How long will it take for my website to be ready?

Can I view my website during development?
Yes, during the design and development of your website we will regularly post the latest version of your website to our clients server. We welcome feedback throughout your project.

Can changes be made during the project?
Yes, we welcome any changes you want to make. Our main objective is to get your website exactly how you want it.

Do you buy the domain name for us?
We can do, we do not charge extra for domain registrations with our design services. We can also assist you on what domain name will be best for your business.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we usual ask for a deposit of 50% before work can begin on your project.

Do we need a face to face meeting?
No, however meetings can be arranged if you require. Often communications through telephone and email will suffice to get your website live. You can watch the development of your website live on our client server.

What information do you need to start my website?
Our first step is designing your pages, for this we need:

• Company logo (we can design this if required)
• Stationery colour schemes
• Target market
• List of websites you like
• Who your competitors are

Next we will need some content for the pages, Home page (mission statement, picture of your main product, etc.) We advise you to look at your competitor’s websites for ideas.

How will people know about my website?
At first no one will unless a) it is in your offline advertising, or b) your domain name is obvious. In order to kick start your website we will make sure that all the pages in your website are search engine friendly (easy for search engines to read). Secondly we will optimise your site for your business's keywords. However the best source of traffic to your website is from your partners sites (Companies that are related to your company's business but not competition). Ask to exchange links with them, you will probably need to reciprocate the link.

Do I need to get my website hosted somewhere else?
No, we will host your website *free for the first year, however if you have other hosting provisions that is ok.
*Does not include database driven or websites that exceed 25mb

Can I have an e-mail address?
Yes, your domain name can be used for email. anything@yourdomain.com will work. Individual e-mail address can also be set-up.
